Professional: Kelly gives back to the law profession by teaching a variety of continuing education classes for the Law Society, the Canadian Bar Association and at UNB Law School, presenting at seminars/conferences throughout Atlantic Canada, and writing articles on a variety of legal topics. He has also been a regular legal columnist on CBC Radio’s Business Network.
Education: Kelly is a man of letters. His commitment to continuing education is quite literally inspirational. He holds the following degrees/certifications: BA (UPEI), Bachelor of Law (UNB), Master of Laws (University of Huddersfield), PhD in Employment Law (Nottingham Trent University), and Chartered Arbitrator (ADR Canada).
Outside the office: Kelly’s boundless energy doesn’t stop at the office. In his spare time, he is actively involved in his church, coaches a variety of teams, and even plays the trombone for several bands. He is the author of How to Buy a Great House, and editor of a How to Live a Great Life, a collection of essays.
