Administrative Law

Administrative law is the body of law related to the procedural and substantive aspects of government and government agencies such as commissions, boards and other entities. It also involves all aspects of issue resolution heard by administrative and regulatory tribunals and the review of same in court.

At Lawson Creamer, our administrative law practice group members are experienced in the field of dispute resolution. Our lawyers have appeared before the National Energy Board, in arbitrations and mediations throughout the province and before a myriad of licensing authorities.
