Arbitrator and Mediator Services

Several of our lawyers are qualified and experienced arbitrators and mediators.  Our lawyers regularly undertake additional training to ensure that they can sit as an arbitrator or mediator in a variety of decision-making roles and, particularly in those matters involving labour and employment or commercial disputes.
