By Order of the Court of King's Bench of New Brunswick dated October 10, 2024, the Plaintiff, Michael Joseph Carl Ellemburg has been granted an Order for substituted service (the "Order").

Take notice that a hearing shall take place for the purpose of making a final determination of the matters at issue in the Plaintiff’s Notice of Application. Pursuant to the Order, the hearing shall occur before the Court of Kings Bench in Saint John New Brunswick on December 5, 2024 at 1:00pm, being and intending to be at least 45 days from the positing of this Notice as is prescribed in the Order.
